Back then I've placed an order with a $10 off coupon. for 2 weeks, I heard nothing from them. I emailed them about the status of my order. Their response was, "your order was cancelled because the coupon you've used has expired". My question is, if the coupon has expired why did it give me a confirmation report? Stay tunes.... Please excuse my poor grammar skills. Excesive TV watching as a kid has crippled it. |

Aren't they horrible?! I've ordered from them three times now (due to a brain injury, I'm sure) and three times had my order cancelled for a variety of reasons. I ordered from them yesterday using a GC code given to me, personally by one of their CS reps, and they sent me a message today telling me the code was fraudulent and that my CC was declined. Declined on a total of $0. Considering I used a WebCert with enough balance to cover the order without the GC, I have just given up on them. I can't wait to see what kind of non-existent deal they are going to offer me next. I think I'll quit while I'm ahead.

Ditto...when I called to check they told me my order had shipped!! A week later (after never receiving it) when I called again they gave me that same lame-o invalid coupon thing...what is their PROBLEM!

Well I tried three or four times. Mainly because it was one of the first sites I found "by myself" when I began surfing the web. I've had no luck with coupons, e-mail offer FROM them, or anything else. I skipped the "magic moment" type promotion yesterday, and I'm through with their e-mails etc. All I lost was aggravation. They lost a customer. |

Well, I got not one but two e-mails from them today, telling me they were forwarding my compaints on to their Director of Customer Service (yeah, that'll help) and giving me ANOTHER GC to use. When you-know-what freezes over, LOL.
