Has anyone received rebates from Familywonder.com?? They are giving me the runaround and they are not answering emails.

I received two rebates yesterday for orders I got back in December. It's just taking them some time but I've been assured that they are getting them out ASAP.

I received $20 rebate. Got postcard saying the $30 rebate not going to be honored - duplicate submission( which it is not)

This is one of those "proceed with caution" sites. I did the rebate thing too and my order was cancelled, so while I didn't lose any money, they just proved again why it's not a good idea to shop with them until they can straighten out the bugs.
