what are you doing about dunham sports!?

I have never refused an order from UPS. How does that work? Do they reverse charges on your CC? I am tempted to do this with dunham sports.

I was wondering too if I could refuse the order. But then will I still be charged shipping?

just call cs and they will credit the sh back to you..........on your original order..then the order will only cost what was first quoted to you...they also sent me a free t-shirt........Lectric

Refusing an order:

If the UPS person shows up while you are there, just tell them that you want to refuse the order.

If your UPS person tends to leave packages when you aren't there, just leave a big sign on your door stating that you wish that ay Dunham Sports packages be sent back to shipper, and make sure to sign your name, print your name, and date the sign.

There will be no shipping charges for the return, and UPS now has it on record that the package was refused. It should show up on their website. Now you can call your credit card company or contest the charges when they come in, because UPS will have a record that the package was refused and made its way back to the shipper.

UPS is required to come pick up an item for free if they leave it without a signature. FYI.

Thanks for the info. After sending an irate email, I did get the charges taken off. I think they'll be fixing their site to show the correct shipping charges BEFORE they ship!

I called consumer service and they said they would credit my account for the shipping. They said there was a glitch in the program.
But boy that shipping is HIGH.
