Did Dunhams Sports charge your CC?

They charged mine for shipping. I've called CSR about the charge. Response was they weren't able to caculate shipping before the items were shipped. That's why it show-up as $0.00 on the confirmation.

I also received today my shipment notification, in that they mentioned $4.85 as a shipping charges. I hate this site.

I have not checked my credit card, but they indicated estimated shipping charges of 0 on my order confirmation. They better honor that or they are going get a very angry call to their CSR.

I was very disappointed to receive the confirmation with the $4.85 shipping. All previous contact had shown $0.00 shipping. I would not have done this deal, had I known. I don't like these kind of surprises!

GRRRRRR....5 bucks for shipping! needless to say I also would not have placed the order had I known...what are other people doing in response to this?

I would have a printout of my order on hand, and if you are charged anything more than what you agreed to, I would call customer service, then follow up with your credit card company if the situation was not resolved. Tell your credit card company you agreed to a charge of X and they charged you X which is unacceptable.

These places can't just pull figures out of the air and start charging without you being notified of the total prior to processing. You wouldn't want to go to Wal-Mart and sign the slip for $10.50 and then they bill you $15.50 would you?

adidas.com did the same with a whopping $7 shipping charge for a pair of socks even though their confirmation showed $0 shipping charges......bummer. Anyone else have this problem? I guess I'll expect the same with Dunham right?

Hi, Im normally just a lurker here but had to get a word in on this Dunhams thing. PLEASE dont give this horrible cruel company any business!!! I worked for their distribution center for two years, faithfully with perfect attendance, killing myself lifting very heavy stuff (I only weigh 110). Anyway, they are downright cruel to their employees. After the work I did for them they refused to give me one week off to sit with my child who was lying half dead in the hospital! I was given points for every day missed, and given a three day layoff when I returned for my points that accumulated. Again, before this incident I had a two year PERFECT attendance record.
I went to the labor board and they ended up firing the human resources guy and retracting my points but I quit because I cant work for a company who cares so little about its loyal employees, my child survived thank god but I wasnt about to go to work and leave a seriously ill 2 year old alone in a hospital. I have friends who still work there and tell me it hasnt improved.
Sorry to rant but the fact that this company is in business just makes me seathe with anger and I tell everyone I can "DONT BUY FROM DUNHAMS!!!!"

I'm so furious at this company. They charged me $6.15 for bungee cords, a camp mirro and socks. Have they lost their minds. I tried to email them but my mail came back saying their mailbox is FULL. No wonder. They said estimated shipping charges .0 and they charged me $6.15. I'll never buy from them again
