I just got an e-mail from egghead stating that because my order did not meet the qualifications of the coupon, they were cancelling order. I had ordered the CDR's with the $10 off coupon making them $.99. Did anyone else get this? Everything went through and showed my total for $.99 - then bingo, they decide to cancel.

I just checked my past e-mail, and they had even sent me a confirmation showing $.99. Doesn't seem right to me!!

Call CS and complain to management because we (wife, friends, co-workers, and I) received all of our orders.

I have talked to several friends and think it may depend on which coupon code you used. Seems like one of them was supposed to be for a minimum purchase and those are the orders being cancelled. Regardless, they should honor it if their system did not require or notify of a minimum requirement.

I placed three orders with three codes. One I have received, one has been cancelled.

I just checked my email after reading the previous posts and found a cancellation email from them as well. I used two of the codes and so far have only one cancellation. The main problem that I have is they have already charged my credit card. I thought that they weren't supposed to do that until it ships. They do say that whey will credit me back.

Received the same "Cancelled" email. Called customer service. CSR Lukas was no help. Asked to speak with a supervisor, held for about 10 minutes, then Lukas tells me none are available. I press, Lukas says they won't speak with me. Who are the eggheads running egghead.com? They need to honor transactions which their system accepts, confirms, and bills a credit card.

I too, got the cancel gram. They did say that they would credit my account which is fine by me since I already received my order. I had received my three orders on Monday and Tuesday.

I feel so badly that they weren't able to catch my order. yuk, yuk

I don't know which code i used...but i ordered a $7.99 adapter which i needed..and i got for free.. and now i'm using

Got the same email. I had placed 2 separate orders & only one was cancelled. I received the other one yesterday. In my email there were 2 links to the coupons & both were the ones I used - now saying a $25 purchase is required. I got the item I really wanted anyway, but I still think it's really stupid. I've never purchased anything from a site that let you complete the purchase if a coupon's requirements weren't met. They even sent confirmation emails. Doesn't make any sense to me, but I'll definitely be checking my credit card statement when I get it.

Get this!! They have now cancelled all three of my orders INCLUDING the one I just received today. WHATEVER??

The links they provided me in my cancelation say that the terms of the offer have changed. So I replied saying that they can't change the terms after confirming and charging my CC. I'm so irritated by them - and why wait so long after an order was processed? I placed my order on the 17th - almost a full week goes by. What a joke.

Well 2 of the 3 orders i placed were shipped 2 days ago. Never received email canceling my order and haven't been charged by them,So far so good.
But i can say this, if they given think about charging me i'm going to rise so much h*ll they'll wish they just let me keep it. If they send me a pre-paid shipping slip i'll me happy to send what i ordered back. If they want to cancel my order fine, it was free anyways. But they better not even think about charging my CC without me knowing about!!!!
Anyways good like to all of you with this problem, hopefuly i won't run into these problems as well.

This is to funny, the same time i posted my thats post i received a cancelation on 1 of my orders!!!
But i did have a "?" to all that was charged.
Was you all charged the about of the $10. coupon or what was the charge over the amount of the $10. off coupon???

They did ship out two of my orders and i should receive them tomorrow, unless they recall my orders from FedX.
I just which i knew how there treating those order that have been received. Meaning are they going to charge people for it (which i no that can'y do, but might try it) or ask people to ship them back or take there losses!!
