Get this hunk of crud! I ordered a bottle of Polo Sport that was on clearance for $11 after Valentine's Day. I had a $10 GC and shipping was almost SIX dollars...steep, I know, but still $7 for a bottle of Polo Sport, you can't beat it! I get it yesterday in a re-used box, with a weird return label that I didn't recognize. It was from @thetie.com. I opened the large box and it had a SAMPLE bottle of Polo sport buried in all the packing! The invoice said "vstore.com" and I have contacted both vstore and My Family and they have not returned any emails. I called Ralph Lauren's Legal Department today! Avoid these places

Did My Family advertise the size when you ordered it? If it's not what they said, they would have to take it back w/out you footing the return shipping. Still - that's really cheesy of them to resell a returned item from another store - what a joke. I can see why you're angry.

If you can't get things straightened out w/My Family, try going through your CC company to resolve it.
