Nextplanetover...BLAH!

I am new to this and have read the newbies board, so here goes. Be gentle. I recently purchased from Nextplanetover and received $15 off. The shipping for comics and such was a little steep, but I figured, $15 off, right? WRONG! I only got the $1.50 comic book. I contacted the website and they said all they could do was make sure that I was charged right. So I paid $5.75 for a $1.50 comic book. Be careful where you go to shop, chances are you will get ripped off by these guys!

Just curious, since I did not really understand what happened... Did you order like $15 worth of merchandise & it was backordered or canceled except for the one item?

I guess I didn't go into too much detail, but I did not even get any reason as to why. They just said that they had two different sites of business and they weren't even sure why it happened. Could be that they ran out of the product or it simply wasn't put in the shipment. They aren't even willing to send us the other product we ordered. They said they would make sure that we were charged right. Sounds like some kind of scam to me. So we paid the shipping for the two products we ordered, but only received one. And it just so happened to be the cheap thing we ordered just to fill the $15 GC was the product we received. Sorry, just had to vent. Thanks for asking, at least someone out there seems to care.

Sorry to hear you had such a problem with them. We order a tshirt & a few other pokemon collectibles and got all of our order in just a few days from them. No, they did not include the shipping in the $15 off, but that was very clear on the page so I didn't expect it and the $15 was taken off the $18 merchandise order without a problem. I was very happy with them, and will probably order there again since the shirt was nice & cheaper than the ones here and they have many items I can't even find here at all.
