I ordered on 10/6 and still no video! I did receive an e-mail confirmation. Sent several e-mail No response. The telephone is always busy!

Tami -

Have you ever been charged by them? If not, they probably lost your order. That's what happened to my sister & she finally went ahead and re-ordered without a problem. Send in an email to cancel the first order & you can always refuse the shipment if/when they ever send it out.

Personally, I ordered from them on a Wed (with the buy one get two free deal) and it was here on Friday. CC was charged correctly too!

I also ordered a movie from them. Had not got it yet so, I emailed them. They said it was on backorder and would be shipped out as soon as it was in. The movie now reads "In Stock" for the last two weeks and I have not gotten mine. CC was not charged.

Family Wonder took over 6 weeks to deliver my order. I had called several times and was told each time a different item (of 3 ordered) was out of stock. Finally, I talked to someone in the warehouse and my items got put into shipping that day. Two days after I received my order I received an email stating that my order was being held up because one of my items was on backorder. Go figure....

Ihave to admit FamilyWonder Finally came through, I received a reply to an e-mail that I wrote on 11/1 today telling me to go pick out another video and have it shipped Fedex and I will not be charged for the shipping or the video! I give them credit for not just ignoring me and coming through on a deal!

Family Blunder also e-mailed me re missing video. They aked that I order another one and they would immediately credit the amount back to fulfill the "buy 1, get 2 free" promo. Well, they charged me , but 6 days later, they stll haven't credited the $ back.
They take forever to return an e-mail and again, their phone line is always busy. I'm calling 1-415-837-5750 with Freeway. HELLOOOOO...BBB!

I've used FW several times and had no problems. Got two free videos. Also just put in for the $30 worth of free stuff.
