I also placed 5 orders in November and I am JUST NOW getting any of it. I had 5 orders with them all in a couple of days. I was begining to worry, since I figured I wouldnt be able to locate some of the items around here, but FINALLY recieved shipment Yesterday!!! GOOD LUCK!

I've had the same slow shipping. I have also come to realize that I can't rely on quick delivery by TRU. I ordered batteries in early November and was told to expect them in late December. I don't mind the wait as long as they haven't expired by the time they arrive.

My order placed Dec 9 arrived yesterday! Unfortunately, it was for a doll set that is available in either black or caucasian dolls and, guess what, they sent the wrong race dolls. My local TRU said they would exchange it so that's where I was this morning. I'm a happy camper now. ![]()

We've about had it with Toysrus online. We ordered a bunch of Christmas toys for my 5 yr. old THREE weeks ago and just got an email saying they are shipping only 3 of the 10 items (or to put it another way, they are only shipping $20 of the $100 worth of stuff), and the remaining items are unavailable. Not backordered, but being cancelled because they are no longer available. CS was sympathetic and gave us both our original $20 gc off plus another $20 gc to use another time, but that doesn't solve the fact that we had to go out and brave retail yesterday to purchase the toys we had ordered. My problem with this is, if these things were unavailable, why were we not notified earlier? The whole point of ordering online a month before Christmas is so we DON'T have to visit the malls 5 days before Christmas!! (CS did not have an answer to this!) We will definitely think twice before using TRU again!
