I was lucky enough to get in on some of the buy one get on free deals at Healthshop. Today I received my shipment of the 2 "romance kits". In one kit the massage oil leaked all over and in the other, the bubblebath leaked. Both of them are ruined for use as gifts, and I feel they aren't even worth the $3.95 I paid for shipping. I feel badly complaining since they were purchased with a $10 off code. Do you think I should let them know or just forget about it? |

Absolutely! Let them know. I have purchased more from Healthshop.com than any other website. Never have had a single problem of ANY kind. Always outstanding products and flat-out GREAT service. This merchant seems dedicated to ensuring very happy customers and repeat business. I think they would WANT to know about your problem, to make possible corrections so it doesn't happen again. As virtual says, be polite (sense of humour is always helpful, too... ), but for sure, let them know.

Thanks for the input - just wanted to follow up with a comment on how nice the CS agent was when I called. They gave me a variety of options, and were very accomodating. I ended up getting a credit back on my MC for the shipping, and they gave me another code to use for $10 off.
