actually i ordered 10.00 worth of products from yves rocher and they not only double charged me and sent out two identical orders but the merchandise was to be laughed at. It was supposed to be a make-up sampler and it was so little that i could give it to my grandaughter to play with, for 5.95 what a RIPOFF!

Amother bad deal i think was theglobe.com because i never received my order and even though i did say i would wait for it because they say its on backorder until i actually receive i won't believe it, i know of know one who has gotten anything yet from the globe.

why do these stores have customer service emails when they never respond till you send three or four emails then they say sorry and thats it, i thought the customer was always right.

Did anyone ever receive the free candle from drew candle, also did anyone get all THEIR messages a while back not once but twice? sent for a candle in june still waiting!!!!!

Regarding Drew Candle:

Yes, I received my candle. It was a single votice candle, green, cinnamon scented and packaged nicely. It was very nicely scented and I WOULD buy from them again. It's hard to find candles that smell that good! It fragranced my entire kitchen unlit!

Regarding the email problem. A lot of times email lists get setup and the post feature is not turned off. This causes the messages we all got from them when the first person replied to unsubscribe rather than reading the directions. They were very polite in fixing the problem and aplogetic also.

I took advantage of the promo for selfcare.com, wich is mostly a drug store with those types of items & I ordered 3 items all of wich were medicinal. That has been a few weeks ago & I received 1 of items, almost immediately but nothing about the other 2.I dont know I guess it is a good thing that I wasnt counting on it to get well or anything. I am kind of new to this but sad to say that I am very disappointed because that will definitely prevent me from ordering from them later. Hope you all had better luck

Buy.com- Bleah! Never again. I ordered from them when they first openend and had no problems. Then I ordered a book that was SUPPOSED to ship w/in 48 hours. 6 weeks later It showed up. You can't track the pkg from their site. They also sent me an email saying that ALL their orders have a 2 week wait period on them. Why?

Drew Candle is top notch!!! but I ran across a deal a couple days ago with Greatfood.com.
I got a 10 dollar coupon and went to their site to see what I could see. But what I saw was a very overpriced site with the largest shipping charge I have seen this far. I am disappointed as they as located in my vicinty.

Has anyone here checked out Wholefoods.com? I was going to check out some stuff with my flooz account and I quickly gave up! The shipping rate is cheap only a quarter a pound, but then they tack on a handling fee of over $5. Youch! I left pretty quick! They have some free shipping codes, I imagine they'd have to to get any customers and I still haven't seen any codes to remove the handling fees!!!!!
