Beware of World Comminication Satelite Systems!

I received my phone bill today and had a charge on it for changing my local toll company to QWest. After many phone calls, I found out that a company called World Communications Satelite Systems had authorized the change, and they use QWest for billing. I called the phone company and canceled the change, called QWest, who of course know nothing, and then called WCSS. That was a phone call from ****! You have to wonder when a representative immediately after pulling up your information, puts you on hold and comes back saying someone in your household authorized the change and he can prove it. Excuse me? The guy was extremely rude, wanted to argue with me about it and got down right nasty. Check your phone bills carefully! If you have any charges that show QWest that you are unfamiliar with, call and find out about them. QWest allows other companies to bill through their system.

Yes, it is, but of course, not according to the company.

If you call the utilities commissioner in your state s/he will deal with the situation for you. I have had that happen and it worked out. Good luck.
