Free Spirit Jeans has sunk to a new low

I received this email from Free Spirit Jeans. It's a pitiful way for them to get people to subscribe to their mailing list. It's now been two years and I have not received jeans or the refund I have requested many times. This company is on my list of all-time miserable excuses for a company!

Never received my jeans OR refund either. Have written and called numerous times. Nothing. I guess I should just let it go. Must say I am very glad that I didn't receive this e-mail though. Talk about the LAST straw.
