| Grrrr! Brylane home is horrible! You can't get an answer from anybody!!!
My mother placed an order on August 25th. We kept checking online to see if it had shipped but it just kept saying "unscheduled" for days. One day it just turned into a blank beside shipping status. We thought it might have shipped. Waited a couple days. Emailed them. No answer. Two more days and emailed them again. No answer. Next day attempt to call 800 #, tells us it's no longer in service. Go back on website and find another number. Call and get automated service. There is no way to get a hold of any real person. This is ridiculous. We want to know where the order is!!!! Would it kill them to actually answer their email? Very annoying. Going to check now and see if they've charged the credit card yet. Drat!
