when i clicked it the first time.. it said no printer found.. and the page closed... the i tried a second time and it said this page can only be printed once im so confused lol

Try to go to internet options & delete files/clear history, it might let you print it again. This was suggested on another website as a solution to the printing problem. Hope this helps you.
