Its not working for me either, I put my info in, I keep getting a error message that my zipcode and my sons DOB isn't right.

In the postal code line I put my state abbreviation, then a comma, then the zip code - it worked entering it that way.

I went back and checked it out. You have to do what Elle said put your state abbreviation then a comma and your zip code to make it go through for you.

It wouldn't take my baby's DOB as 01-31-2006 so I changed it to 02-01-2006 and it worked..... wonder why? but it's on it's way!
