Question about banner ads

When I click on the eBay banner at the top of the page, is DoD paid for that click or do you only get paid if I place a bid?
Is there a payout limit to the number of times per day I can click over to eBay using that link?

Thank you for asking! For most of the banners, we only get paid if you buy or sign up for the service. A while ago, we had a forum for deals that members could take advantage of to support DoD. perhaps I need to bring those offers to the forefront again.
