I just reached 50 posts and would like to change my avatar. I have tried a couple of pictures on my hard drive and they are too big even after shrinking them. I need some ideas on some sites or some place to go to find one. Help me please!!!!

If you decide to change it this site has a wonderful tool for changing the size to fit DOD specs.

Just upload the graphic off of your computer and click edit. Then resize the graphic, making sure that the largest measurement, rather height or width is 100. As long as you have the Constrain Proportions
box checked it will shrink to an acceptable size. The save it to your computer.
