Unable to load DoD in Netscape

DoD has always been incredibly slow to load, and often would load only the page header, in Netscape 4.7x/Win 98. Same problem occurs with a friend using N4.7x/Win 95.

Just this last week, Netscape has completely stopped loading DoD pages. I get the background and the top ad banner, but nothing else. I can open IE and load the same URL with no problem, no delay.

I'm on a P3 PC, 700mHz, 264 RAM, 56K modem and do not have this problem with any other websites during my 20+ weekly hours online.

Has DoD recently changed their site to be Netscape unfriendly? Have any other Netscape users noticed this? I hate IE but am forced to use it to support my DoD habit!
