Technical help, please!

Hi! I went to the chat room for the first time to ask this question, but after I logged on and typed my question it said to hit return, but WHERE IS RETURN? I feel DUMB! Anyway, my question is, when I go to DOD, which I do several times each day, I always log onto forums and check all the entries since the last time I logged on. It always says 'last visited on...' and then shows how many new entries there are for me to read. But since August 30th it's been hung up on that date -- so it always says the last time I visited was August 30th and the entries keep on going and going and I can't tell where I've read and where I haven't. Does any of this make sense and does anybody have any idea why it's staying on August 30th? Thanks, Carolyn

From the main page of the bulletin boards, scroll to the very bottom. There is a small (and I mean small) icon/word "logout".

click on the logout button. Then follow the prompts to log back in and that should take care of it for you.

I have the same problem, and yes logging in and out does solve it, but I've never had to do that before. It used to just automatically do it. Does anybody have any ideas why this has just started now?
