I've e-mailed mayor@dod and staff@dod (twice mayor and once staff) about my $10 gc to Amazon (I did the ebates deal back in May and I haven't received my gc yet) and I haven't received any e-mails back. Am I e-mailing the right department for this or should I be e-mailing someone else? Have they been sent out yet or should I still be waiting for it? Can someone please let me know? Thanks!

If you e-mailed [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] you should have received a response - from me - within 24 hours. If you haven't, I'm not sure why as I respond to every e-mail.

But, since it has been so long, e-mail [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] and put a "catchy" subject line in so he notices your e-mail right away and explain everything to him directly.

Sorry for any misunderstanding.. and yes, they have been mailed out.. they are generally taking about 4 weeks after all of the lists are made, processing and ordering of GC's.. but e-mail Mayor, ok?

I forwarded it to Mayor for his attention and carbon copied it to you so that you would see this is what I did.

Wish I could give you info on the progress but I don't have that. I merely answer the e-mails and when things are out of my hands I get Mayor involved.

If you don't hear something though.. please let me know and I'll get the whips out.
