How come some of the smileys work in posts and some don't? I can put two different smileys in the same post, one will work and the other won't. How come? If I don't find the answer to this question, I may have to do something drastic! LOL

I don't know why, but I do know that when I preview a post and then submit, my smilies never show up. When I just submit (with no preview)they do. did that make sense?

It's not just you - I've been having the same problem. I've double checked that smilies aren't turned off, but it seems to always occur when it's the first post in a thread.

I suppose smilies are low on the list of things that the techies are fixing...

Ya'll gonna be mad at me come Wednesday methinks. I'm going to be changing the forum around and upgrading, also changing the smiles around a tab, but hey, you'll love the new version!

There are quite a few new things that will be coming. What they are? I'll have to surprise you. But I'll be sure and post details after everything is set up.

This upgrade will add alot more functionality and such, plus will include a spell check for people like me! Also it should improve speeds a tad as well as other aspects of the forum.
