Actually 2 questions. I want to post freebie llinks here to all my great finds and I also want to refer another freebie site with the link. Is this allowed here? I read something about having 25 posts first, then it's ok? Let me know k? thanks.

On the 25 posts first rule,
that applies to referring members to earning programs in the membership referral section of the boards,
