Question about samples.

I have a question about siging up for samples. Most sites will tell you either in small print or after you apply when and if you would be eligible for that sample again. I wanted to know what are the 'unspoken rules' on the ones that don't, besides companies that are small and I would feel guilty for signing up for more than one sample. This is also for the Wal-Mart sample page sometimes one sample won't be there for a day or so even when I refresh several times and then it will be back. I wanted to know does that count as a new offer or should I just not request something I know I've already requested. Oh and when is your chat room normally active? Eastern time. please Thank you.

If the company takes your information more than once, I say go for it, all they can do is not send it. I have gotten several samples more than once.
