Why were my posts deleted?

A few weeks ago I posted several deals in the Internet and Retails deals section. The next day they were gone. I then posted another, it too disappeared. I emailed three moderators and have not received a reply to explain why this occurred. I am hoping you can tell me why????

They were SPAM, affiliate links, so I removed the posts. This is against the TOS, of DOD. If you wish to post a deal, please link directly to it, or use DOD links, otherwise your posts will be removed.

They were???? I don't understand that b/c I went directly to the site for at least one of them and then "snipped" the url using [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] to shorten it...so I don't know how that happened. I apologize if that was the case, though I honestly don't know what I did wrong!

Also - although I emailed at LEAST 3 mods not one answered me on this. Why?

snipurl added a referral id that time.

I am not sure why mods would not answer, unless they didn't get the emails, which is sometimes the case if you sent them straight through DOD using the DOD email client, it doesn't always work.
