Unhappy Why can't I get into my e-mail? Help!
As you can see, my user name is whitequeen96. But the e-mail program says that it doesn't recognize my login. And I have an e-mail waiting for me to answer! Help!

P.S. I am permanently "logged-in" so I don't understand why this is happening.

The dealofday email service is really not a dealofday service at all. It is run by Everyone.net, so it isn't tied into our database or servers. They provide a free @whatever.com for whoever wants to have an address. So there is nothing I can do to help you. However, they do have a FAQ which might help!
