cannot start a new thread

it won't let me start a new thread.. don't know what i am doing okay say idon't have permisson. buti can reply to post.

Try one more time and see if it works now. It's obvious you know how to start a new thread or you couldn't have done it here. If it doesn't work now, I'll move this over to the What's New forum so DarkWolf can take a look at the problem.
