Staples as a company is actually very customer relations concerned. They actullay grade each store individually on survey results. If a store get a bad score consistently managment will be replaced, if a store does good then they get a bonus. I would agree that some store managers that don't take the proper steps to resolve simple issues like a small coupon concern need to be retrained. If you call their corporate office they will take care of you and take care to educate the manager.
