I too have shopped at Amazon.com for a couple of years. I have experienced one mishap with the shipping on my item taking almost two weeks. However, Amazon's CS took care of me and made everything right. I can easily overlook the problem as it wasn't a financial problem. I personally would pick Amazon over Ebay any day =]
