What type of cheese is named after a village of southwest England?

Cheddar

FYI: The name comes from a large village and civil parish in the district of Sedgemoor in the English county of Somerset, where cheddar cheese was first made. Cheddar is situated on southern the edge of the Mendip Hills north west of Wells.
