Cornflake-crisped Chicken recipe

This a really good recipe for those who want a new way to prepare chicken in
their oven. Its fairly inexpensive. This is for 6 servings, but you can add or
subtract to suit your needs.

Preheat oven to 350F

3 pounds of frying chicken pieces
4 cups of Corn Flake crumbs
1 1/2 teaspoon of salt (optional)
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 cup of milk (any kind will work)
Garlic (optional)
Mrs. Dash (optional)

Wash and dry chicken pieces(skinless will work great)
Place the cornflakes into a bag, add pepper, salt, Mrs. Dash and garlic. Crush them into fine crumbs.(use a rolling pin if there is one handy)

Use 2 dishes 1. Milk 2. crushed cornflakes

Dip the chicken into the milk then roll into the crumbs. Place Chicken skin side up in a single layer in foiled-lined cookie sheet. Do not crowd chicken. Drizzle with melted butter or margarine.

Bake in oven(350f) about 1 hour or until tender. No need to turn chicken while
cooking.
