You need to look at the place that says "View Advertisements". Whenever there are ads available to click on, a number will show up in red next to this heading. Just click on it, and click on each ad. You will need to click on each ad for 30 seconds. They usually update the ads about 4 times a day or so, so keep checking. If you need any help let me know.
