I called Babies r us to see if they would return the Dr. Brown bottles that contained BPA and they said "Yes" The bottles were used for 3 months and they did not have there oringinal packaging (they still took them). When I returned them they gave me full value of the bottles in store credit of $106.xx
I'm so glad I did not throw them out. It is best to give the store a call ahead of time to make sure and get someones name... Hope this is helpful.
