when you signed up and received your confirmation email, then to choose your shirt and your address what did it say after you pressed submit, mine just went back to the fill out form page. did you get the same thing, it didint say your request has been processed or anything like that for me just checking to see what you got, if it just went back to the form like it did me, a blank form
