Have you checked out planepanel.net? It's an international survey site that is free to join. Each time a survey is completed, you are entered into a monthly prize drawing (1 $1,000 winner among all countries and 4 $50 winners in each country). And yes these prizes are paid each month - I'm the one who sends the paypal money
We also just launched an affiliate program where you can earn cash for referring your friends to join PlanetPanel and participate in surveys as well. That site is called Casharella.com.
