I've had this same problem with Coupons.com and My Points. I've printed and redeemed many coupons - but none have ever credited to my account. I submitted a help ticket regarding this problem - but they really didn't offer a good explanation. I use a lot of coupons - so I sure do wish they would credit!
Other than that - I have nothing but good things to say about My Points!
