I am unsure if this will help but most all states now have a program called quit Now that gives a month supply of patches free.
1-800-QUIT NOW
It worked for me
i also found that most Every insurance company now pays for them Your Primary care doctor writes a script for over the counter patches and they fill them at pharmacy this also goes for those who have Medical assistance

Also Most all states Health departments also now offer a Stop Smoking program that gives these patches free They took all the money that the Cigarette companies paid due to the suit case they files and they used the money to help people stop smoking by giving free patches. So call your local Health Department as well.
