I believe many of the business ones now actually do a check to be sure there is such a business at the address before sending the items now due to the huge amount of people posting and requesting freebies.
It can cost a company a lot of money in lost sales when they send these to a lot of freebie hunters who are not in fact businesses.

The way they are fighting it is either calling or doing reverse look up on address or phone or both.
