| Re: I'm Fat... i used to be overweight so i have an idea of what you are feeling. You really need to push yourself. Don't stop eating all at once. Slowly cut back on your food. Also watch the times when you eat. Usually people eat when they are stressed. If you change your habit to exercising when your stressed it will really help.
Eat about 5 small meals through out the day and DONT SKIP MEALS!
