Thumbs down Ebates won't give me my money back!

I'm a newbie to this website and thought I'd make a post to see if anyone could give me some advice on what to do. I've been a member of Ebates for over a year and had always had good luck with them until recently. On January 3rd bought NHL hockey tickets for my DH from TicketsNow going through Ebates. I bought them specifically from TicketsNow so I could get the rebate. The final total came to $723.00 before taxes/shipping. Ebates offers 6% cash back from this store which would give me a $43.38 rebate. Well the "grace period" 30 days came and went and my money was never posted. So I contacted Customer Care on Feb. 5th and got the standard "thank you we will get back no you email" ....Nothing....Emailed the address I got the orginal email from on Feb. 15th and asked where my cash back was?....Again Nothing...Feb. 18th contacted Customer Care from the Ebates website once again....Got the "Thank you email"....Still Nothing....Emailed Customer Care directly with the Subject "Attn: Customer Care Manager"...You guessed it...NOTHING! At this point I am furious! It’s not like I'm being ripped off $5... It’s over $40! Does anyone have any advice on what to do about this? I'm seriously contemplating reporting Ebates to the BBB and Attorney General. They promise a service to customers and did not follow through with it. We must abide by their terms of service, why can't they? I held up my end of the bargain. As far as I'm concerned this is fraud!
