I have not had a problem with Netwinner. A few disappointments about changes but I expect they will remedy that in the future. I have been a member there since Dec, 2006 and have received and spent $100 in WalMart gift cards. I know there have been problems since they instituted the MasterCard e-count but there are many comments in their forum from people who are receiving theirs. I'm expecting my card any day now. When all my reloads are fulfilled I will have $250 on that card. I still think it's one of the best sites. I would encourage anyone to give it a try. If you don't like it, there's nothing lost but a small amount of your time.
They have now added raffles for some major prizes. I want the Mac Air!!! (or some cash). You use your earned points to enter these raffles. YAHOO... still free and the chance to win a great prize.
