In Ohio, Kroger, Meijer and Giant Eagle double up to .99
Once in a while they will double up to a dollar. Giant Eagle was doubling up to a dollar once every 4 or 5 week. They haven't done it since Oct.6 2007 so I don't know if they stopped or not. |
