Why would you expect friendliness and great customer service? You just stated that the poor cashier knew you were irate- why were you irate in the first place? Honestly, I can understand getting a little upset, but that is no reason to shove all your anger and frustration out on an employee. Plus, it sounds like it was for something free- you weren't even spending moeny! The polly pocket coupon could have been used elsewhere, and as for your child screaming- that is your problem and your fault, not the store's fault.
I'm not a huge fan of Kmart, and don't shop there often, but when I do, the cashiers have always been friendly and helpful, whether I had coupons or not. |
