The banner appears ABOVE the tabs at the top of the page. You may need to clear your cookies...
I've been a panelist for almost 2 years. The surveys are usually quite short. And YES, they do pay promptly. I use a paypal account, and it usually posts the very next day!
Didn't they used to pay $5????
