I'm new here but I wanted to give some feedback. I did order from them and their furniture is nice enough but not comfy and squishy like Pottery Barn which is what they compare their furniture to. Also, even though they offer a 30-day money back guarantee it is really difficult to get them to take the furniture back without a lot of complaining. They also require you to keep the furniture in your home for the full 30 days to try it out which is really annoying because their disclaimer on full refund returns states that the furniture must be in factory condition for a full refund. That said I will not make such a big purchase on-line every again - I am still waiting for the freight company to pick up the couch we purchased.
