Yep..That's why I was asking

My guess is that whatever Federal/State laws were broken then the appropriate fines will need to be paid, and the money taken at the airport will fall under the fines/guidelines written into the 10,000 declaration..ie you can't plead ignorance. Not sure how they handle the initial money earned while illegally working.
