OMG! I heard how "childrens do learn" the morning it happened. And I've read the book, "Is Our Children Learning?", which is simply mind-boggling! But calling Australian troops "Austrian troops"?! I don't think that was just a slip of the tongue; I think he really doesn't know the difference! It sounds as if he didn't pay much attention right through middle school, and then just zoned out altogether. I'd like to see him write a speech or article, and then have it analyzed. I've read that psychologists or neurologists can tell who is going to have Alzheimer's, years in advance, by analyzing their ability to write complex, yet clear sentences. He is one of the few, or maybe the only, POTUS who has not published a book or important paper during the last century.
