The Feast of the Holy Rosary this year will mark the fourteenth annual Rosary March, sponsored by the International Rosary March committee of Newman Laker Washington. Most marches will be held on Saturday, October 6, if possible; otherwise on Sunday, October 7. We encourage all to read how to organize your own Rosary March.
This all-powerful Rosary prayer will be offered to obtain the Consecration of Russia to Mary's Immaculate Heart, as She requested in her apparitions at Fatima, Portugal, in 1917. Our Blessed Mother foretold that the Consecration would be done, but that it would be late, that Russia would be converted to the Roman Catholic Faith, and that peace for the world would follow.
The message of Fatima would seem to confirm prophecies made by Our Lady of Good Success to a Conceptionist nun in Quito, Ecuador in the 17th century. Our Lady then described a great apostasy in the Church in the middle of the 20th century, sins of blasphemy and impurity, the general corruption of the clergy, heresies, and the culpability of the highest Church authorities.
Please join with others in our country, and worldwide, by organizing a Rosary procession on October 6 or October 7, praying fifteen decades of the Rosary while walking down a main street in your town, and carrying a statue of Our Lady or a banner. Please look at our photos of previous Rosary Marches that ended in a lovely park with song and a blessing.
