Agreed here too. We have both Home Depot and Lowes here but I go to Menards first when something is broken and I need advice on repair tactics. Home Depot and Lowes are great for the bigger projects but Menards is the way to go when something is awry (and it doesn't hurt that they are just two blocks away!)
