All of these suggestion are great. Something I like to do is wear a pedometer and try to get 10,000 steps a day-it is a lot to start so check with your dr. for a goal that is right for you. I believe a mile is about 2,000 steps. Making small changes at a time turn into habits. If you are a christian pray and ask for God's help. I reached a point where I was so frustrated with myself and hated how I felt. I prayed and said "God, I can't do this on my own. I need your help" Then one day I realized I wasn't snacking like I used to. I also realized and accepted that I need to exercise to feel good, to have energy and not dread putting on those jeans after they come out of the dryer

Also, if you get a urge to go for a walk or some kind of exercise-do it when you think about it if possible. I've found if I tell myself I'll do it later-I don't.
My thoughts are with you-don't lose hope
